Jobhouse Ltd., for its Customer, world-class leader customer services, is looking for a persons to work in its dynamically developing company in the position of:
Sales and Customer Service Specialist Specialist (Latvian, Estonian, Romanian or Bulgarian) - Warsaw or home office
Job description:
• The current customer service, order fulfillment
• Telephone contact with individual clients
• Responses to customer inquiries
• Promoting and selling products
• Keeping good relationships with customers
• Developing a good image of the company
• Act as an advisory on the issue of matching products to individual needs
• Administration and operation of the internal system
Requirements:
• Proficiency in one of these languages: Estonian, Latvian, Romanian or Bulgarian (min. level C1) - a necessary condition
• Communicative knowledge of Polish or English (min. level B2) - a necessary condition
• Minimum high school education
• Experience in a similar position would be welcome (in sales and / or call center)
• High communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Very good self-organization and target orientation skills
• Self-reliance, problem solving
• Responsibility for entrusted activities
• Motivation and commitment
• Creativity, responsibility, stress resistance
